TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
REPORTS TO : Director of Technology
PAY TYPE : Hourly, Non-Exempt, Classified, Non-Supervisory
PAY RATE : Starting at $21 / hr.
BENEFITS : Eligible for benefits (see attachment)
SCHEDULE : 260 days; Full-time; 8 hrs. / day

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations in the technology department
- Work with faculty, staff, and students to resolve technology-related issues (hardware, software, application, network connectivity)
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into classroom lessons and plans (both one-on-one and in groups)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, then develop appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and analytical skills
- Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 and basic laptop / computer hardware repair required
- Basic understanding of Google management and Active Directory is a plus
