We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to add to our maintenance staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the facility, equipment, and machinery are in good operating order to promote food safety and quality and to minimize downtime while maximizing output.
- Follow necessary Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Help to maintain a preventative maintenance program. Weekend preventative maintenance work will be required.
- Work closely with production staff on upcoming projects and repair needs
- Equipment troubleshooting.
Skills
- Experience in a maintenance role is required
- Ability to troubleshoot common machine problems
- Exhibit good communication skills
- Work in team environment with current maintenance staff and outside contractors or independently
- Experience with facility utility requirements
- Basic electrical- 110 single phase and 480 & 230 v 3 phase preferred
- Good mechanical aptitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
