Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Manage staff, budgets, and facility policies to ensure high-quality care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and oversee the chemical dependency program.
Engage with residents, families, and staff to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Active Nursing Home Administrator License in Minnesota.
Experience in long-term care management and knowledge of chemical dependency care is preferred but not required.
