Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized recovery plans for clients.
- Facilitate group meetings and workshops promoting recovery and wellness.
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in recovery from substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and other staff to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain records and document client progress.
- Participate in regular training and education sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Must be in active recovery for a minimum of 2 years.
- Lived experience with substance use disorder and recovery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recovery resources, services, and support systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in peer support or recovery services.
