Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and inviting demeanor.

- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Provide assistance during busy periods by helping with guest services as needed.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations to enhance overall dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of POS systems, is a plus.
