DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage complex court-ordered garnishments.
- Research and resolve tax issues with Ultipro, federal and local agencies.
- Reviews, or manages review of, personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired workers, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.
- Records, or directs recording of, new or changed pay rates in HRIS.
- Executes computation of pay according to company policy.
- Directs compilation and preparation of other payroll data such as 401(k), tool accounts, and commission payments.
- Reviews payroll deductions.
- Completes administrative tasks as needed to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate daily with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
- Other duties may be assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA required.
- Minimum 3 years of related payroll processing experience.
- Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
- Experience with Ultimate Software or ADP Payroll preferred.
- CPP Certification preferred.
