We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with administration of company benefits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation
• Collaborate with management to improve financial procedures and processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding is a plus
