PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience with a focus on excellent customer service, ensuring accuracy of food and beverage orders, and being attentive throughout service. You will also handle point of sale transactions and setting up and cleaning up rooms where food service activities are performed.

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Learn and be versed in all menu selections
• Educate members and guests about food and beverage selections.
• Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording members' choices, identifying members' special dietary needs and special requests.
• Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression and ensures all orders are filled quickly, accurately, and are of high-quality.
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering members' choices from bar and kitchen.
• Provide attentive service to members and guests throughout the dining experience.
• Promptly address any customer service issues in a professional manner and refer to management if necessary.
• Perform proper safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle all aspects of point-of-sale transactions.
• Prepares room for dining by moving tables and chairs, clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Follow uniform and personal appearance standards, as well as all employee standards outlined in the employee handbook(s).

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Previous server experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to be on your feet for long hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, rotate, climb, stand, push, lift, grasp, and reach.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various extreme weather conditions.
• Willingness to work with or around sharp utensils, harmful chemicals and/or flying golf balls.
