Wachter is accepting applications internally for a Field Resource Manager in the NSP department at our Lowell, AR office. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage employees and act as the liaison between office and field employees. This role will work closely with Human Resources to follow policy and procedures, labor law, and employment practices.
\n- Orientation for Field Technicians.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers for the duration of new hire employment.
- Monitor FT / PT eligibility for all field employees.
- Working with HR Team on Work Comp or Leave of Absence.
- Managing the MOR queue, investigating and working with office and field employees when issues arise.
- Issue coaching, disciplinary, and terminations.
- Attend weekly team meetings.
- Carry company cell phone.
- Wachter employee for a minimum of 12 months.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of Human Resource policy and procedures, labor law, and employment practices a plus.
- Industry knowledge of structured cabling is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with all internal teams under the NSP umbrella.
- Exemplary organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to travel up to one week each month, February – October to conduct annual evaluations with field employees.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule as necessary for the dynamic needs of the position.
