Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recent experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Will assist the DON with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
- Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department
- Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
- Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
- Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
- Should have great ’people skills’
- Responsible for monitoring and ordering needed nursing supplies
- Responsible for making adequate supplies available for nursing
License:
- CNA or Nursing Assistant (Required)
