Waco, Inc. is a specialty contractor headquartered in Sandston, VA. Waco, Inc.’s Mechanical Division is in need of a General Manager/Branch Manager for our Winchester, VA location. Waco, Inc. specializes in the heavy industrial and commercial construction industry. – Our Mechanical division performs installation of process piping, utility piping, duct work, breeching, and mechanical process equipment. You will provide management of Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators, assigned to the Mechanical Department.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementing the division priorities to increase sales, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
- Leading timely work-in-progress meetings with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators.
- Leading all members of the team in the safety mindset across all aspects of the industry.
- Development of budget forecast in meeting the revenue and profitability of the division. ·
- Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to see upcoming issues or conflicts within the projects or division. ·
- Work with other company branch managers
Qualifications:
- · Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 years of Project Management Experience
- · Industrial / Manufacturing experience is a plus
- · Supervisory knowledge of employment practices.
- · Customer Relationship Building
- · Must be dependable and have a current state issued drivers license with satisfactory driving record.
