Project Manager/Superintendent
Job Duties:
- Ability to run a crew of up to 10 in-house employees as well as coordination with subcontractors.
- At times it will require travel within approximately 3 hours. Possible stays overnight.
- Work involves mechanical contracting, welding, pipefitting, plumbing, ductwork and knowledge of mechanical systems. Waco will provide proper training/licensing for this work.
- Must have a valid driver's license and generally clean record. Waco will provide a vehicle/ paid insurance/fuel.

- Excavation experience, waste treatment project experience, concrete work highly desired.
Qualifications:
- Have experience managing construction crews.
- Be knowledgeable in general construction techniques and be able to apply this knowledge to different types of projects
- Have the ability to manage the progress and quality of subcontractors.
- Be able to communicate efficiently with crews, customers and supervisors both verbally and via email.
- Have the ability to read drawings, P&ID's and adhere to job schedules.
- Be able to plan job steps and ensure best working practices are used to ensure the safety of all crew members
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a clean criminal history. Background checks shall be performed on all applicants.
- Rate of pay is commensurate with experience and ability.
