Automotive Sales Consultant

Waconia Dodge Chrysler Jeep is looking for an Energetic automotive sales professional. Excellent opportunity to join an organization with very loyal customers and staff.

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who wants a career, not a job. While Previous sales / automotive sales experience is a plus, we are open to training the right individual.

The right individual. Must have the drive to succeed with a passion for helping people. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
Some of our most successful candidates have come from other industries, such as the hospitality industry, restaurant/hotel, education, delivery drivers, and insurance industries. We are willing to give the right individual all the tools, training, and support they need to have a long and successful career.

We offer the ability to sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles on our open sales floor in a relaxed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Keep up-to-date on products, features, and accessories available to train and educate the customer successfully
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to effectively close vehicle sales
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up, ensure that the customer understands the vehicles operation features
• Follow up all post-purchase action items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
