Entry Level Technician

We are a thriving, family-owned automotive dealership, proudly serving our community since 1965. We’re seeking a motivated individual eager to launch a long-term career in the automotive industry. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of our repair shop, providing a strong foundation for growth.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll split your week between our Express Oil Change Lane and New Vehicle Preparation tasks:

• Express Lane Duties (2-3 days/week):
• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance (e.g., filter replacements, tire repairs).
• Conduct oil change services safely and efficiently.
• Inspect customer vehicles (fluid levels, battery, lights, tire pressure) and report findings to the Service Advisor.
• Keep customer cars clean and maintain a tidy, organized shop area.

• New Vehicle Prep Duties (Remaining Days):
• New Vehicle Preps, follow manufacturer preparation process is completed in allotted time.
• New Vehicle Software updates.
• New Vehicle Manufacture Rapid Response.
• New Recalls Manufacture Recalls
• New Vehicle Battery Charging Compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• New Vehicle Training is Computer Based. If an employee wants to obtain higher levels of manufacture training, that is available also.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics (oil change/quick lube experience is a plus but not required).
• High energy, a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
