What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Landscape Foreman position at Waconia Landscaping Co?
I am looking for the right individual to lead the landscaping division. The ideal candidate will :
1) lead a landscape crew of two to three people
2) possess a hard work ethic and positive attitude
3) have minor mechanical aptitude
4) have 5 plus years of verifiable landscape installation and leadership experience
5) ideally have (or obtain in 30 days) a valid MN CDL and health card
6)ability to visualize projects from conception to finalization
7) be available to work longer hours (7 am-6pm, Apr-Nov, Saturday mornings only if weather impacts work during the week) during landscaping season and only days/nights when it snows during winter months
8) have customer service mentality and ability to upsell projects
9) ability/aptitude to operate various types of equipment from excavator and skidsteer to hand tools
10) additional benefits/salary towards avail for the right candidate
Summary
As the Lead Landscape Foreman, you will oversee landscape maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality service and efficient team performance.
