Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.

- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence handling.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in office software applications; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
