Waddell Mergers & Acquisitions is looking for high-performing professionals to join our growing team as Business Brokers / M&A Advisors — and prior brokerage experience is not required.
We believe the best advisors are those who have lived and worked in the industries they represent. Whether your background is in marketing, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, logistics, or another sector — your insights, relationships, and credibility with business owners are invaluable.
We’ll provide the M&A training, tools, and support. You bring your industry expertise and entrepreneurial mindset.
What You'll Do
- Use your industry knowledge to connect with business owners and build relationships
- Guide clients through the sale of their business from valuation to closing
- Collaborate with financial analysts to understand each company’s financial performance
- Negotiate deal terms and support clients through due diligence and legal review
- Act as a trusted advisor
Who We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in your industry, ideally as the business owner
- Strong professional network and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and ready for a high-performance opportunity
- Comfortable learning financial concepts (EBITDA, P&L, valuation multiples — we’ll train you)
- Florida real estate license or willingness to obtain one
