Role Description
Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP, a dynamic and collegial law firm with offices in NY, NJ, PA, FL, LA and London, seeks an attorney to join its defense litigation team at our Philadelphia, PA location.
We are seeking an attorney with 2 years of civil defense experience, with the ability to take and defend depositions, draft motions and appeals, prepare cases for trial, and handle a caseload independently.
The candidate we are looking for possesses excellent analytical and writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as a team player. WCM offers excellent benefits, including a matching 401(k) program.

Qualifications
- Experience in Law and Court Proceedings
- Strong research skills for legal matters
- Proficiency in preparing motions and conducting depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in civil litigation is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
