What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Wade & Perry, CPAs?
All normal office experiences including but not limited to - answering telephone, e-mails, making appointments, putting together tax returns, scanning and filing all working papers.
With the possibliity to work up to helping with monthly accounting for clients which includes but is not limited to - posting, reconciling, journal entries and review general ledger. Year end adjustments for tax returns. Learning to imput tax returns.
Pay based on education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
