Looking for motivated self starters for a Rv dealership South of Norman Ok. We are a Newmar double Dimond Dealer that works hard to keep and maintain integrity!! We are looking for a few great sales people! Pay is COMISSION based!!! Training is available to the right person. Pay is commission based and very competitive! We handle everything from small travel trailers to million dollar motorhomes!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products through effective communication and product demonstrations.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and highlight features and benefits.
- Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers, answering any questions they may have.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
