- Provide safe and supportive environment for residents
- Assist with direct care tasks as assigned, adhering to individual care plans and nursing policies
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 18 years old or older (16 years old if currently enrolled in high school)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
