DAY-TO-DAY
This customer service position works Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm with occasional Saturdays.
As an Office / Customer Service Manager, you are an energetic person who manages important documents and provides superb customer service. Every day, you come into the office with a positive attitude and an eagerness to help. With great attention to detail, you oversee our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is updated and correct.
