As we continue expanding RAPIDLY in the Charlotte market and beyond, Waev is seeking an ambitious Operations Lead to spearhead expansion and network health.
Operations & Customer Success Lead: You are seeking a position that provides high autonomy, a wide variety of different tasks/projects/challenges, and expanding responsibilities as your role and the company both grow. You are a rising star, could even be recently out of school, and are ready to tackle a challenging and rewarding opportunity. You are equal parts strategic/organized and entrepreneurial/fast paced. You are action-oriented, which makes you comfortable with hard deadlines, chaos, and ambiguity. You are the kind of person who, when provided a direction/vision, can then develop strategy, organize activities, and execute.
As Operations & Customer Success Lead, you are responsible for a wide array of activities, all centered around the deployment, maintenance, and support of a network of proprietary digital advertising screens within bars and restaurants. As the primary operations team member, you are responsible for helping build and execute our strategy for supporting thousands of venues nationwide. You report directly to Waev’s CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing, executing, and overseeing digital screen installations
- Ensuring venue staff are trained on and excited about Waev
- Ensuring venue ownership is engaged and maximizing their value from Waev
- Maintaining >95% uptime for deployed digital screens, building systems to ensure maintenance issues are addressed within 24 hours
- Continuously assess what works and what’s broken — and actively find solutions and implement changes to our procedures to raise our bar of execution
