About Role : We are looking for a dedicated and skilled D365 Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) projects with a focus on PowerApps and Power Automate within the Core Studio environment. The position requires ensuring seamless functionality, resolving issues, and supporting process improvements during both JST working hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Support : Provide day-to-day support for D365 solutions, focusing on PowerApps and Power Automate workflows in Core Studio.
- Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform tools, ensuring timely resolution to meet SLAs.
- Maintenance : Monitor and maintain existing D365 solutions and Power Platform components to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to understand issues, implement fixes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance and automate business processes using Power Platform tools integrated with D365.
- Knowledge Sharing : Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for team knowledge bases.

Compensation / Salary Range : The typical pay for this role across the U.S. is : $60000- $90,000 per year. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
