WaferWire is seeking a skilled Ads Support Engineer with a strong focus on supporting Advertiser API, Analytics, and Syndication for the Ads Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to customers and partners, ensuring successful implementations, integrations, and troubleshooting of the Ads platform. The role demands both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to interact with clients, ensuring that their advertising needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support : Provide dedicated support to Ads customers using the Advertiser API, Analytics tools, and Syndication services. Troubleshoot issues related to SOAP / REST APIs, web-based tags, pixel implementation, and ad tracking.
• API & Integration Assistance : Assist clients with integrating Ads APIs (both REST and SOAP) into their systems, ensuring a seamless connection and data flow. Provide guidance on best practices and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during the integration process.
• Web-based Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot issues related to conversion tags and pixel implementation on customer websites. Assist with debugging HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies to ensure proper functioning of tracking mechanisms.
• Customer Engagement : Engage directly with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions. Communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Analytics Support : Guide customers in utilizing Ads Analytics tools effectively. Assist in interpreting data and solving issues related to campaign performance, reporting, and tracking.
• Syndication Support : Work with syndication partners to resolve any technical issues related to syndicating Ads across partner networks.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the engineering, product, and other support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, while also providing feedback for platform improvements.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for common issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to enhance the customer support experience.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest Ads products, APIs, tools, and technologies to provide the best support to customers

Compensation / Salary Range : The typical pay for this role across the U.S. is : $80,000 - $90,000 per annum. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
