About Role : As a Senior Power BI Developer for our team, you will develop and maintain reporting solutions to ensure security standards across our clients products and services. You will create interactive visualizations and reports, collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements, and design data models to support security objectives. Your work will involve generating regular reports on security compliance, threat detection, and remediation efforts, providing valuable insights to improve security practices and policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and KQL, with experience in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Familiarity with Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, ADF, and ADW is highly desirable. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of the Secure Future Initiative.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions for the Secure Future Initiative (SFI) to ensure that security standards are met across Microsoft products and services.
- Create interactive visualizations and reports from raw data, making it accessible and understandable for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and create functional specifications for reporting needs.
- Design and implement data models and reporting frameworks to support SFI's security objectives.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on SFI's progress, including metrics on security compliance, threat detection, and remediation efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve security practices and policies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.

Compensation / Salary Range : The typical pay for this role across the U.S. is : $80000- $90,000 per year. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
