Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Waffle House, Inc, located in the Statesville, NC area. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence to provide great customer service. Primary duties include managing and leading the restaurant team, ensuring quality food, hiring and training new associates, and maintaining high cleaning and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant operations, management, and leadership
- Ability to create and manage schedules and budgets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of associates
- Excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred, but not required
Salary : $63,000 - $80,000
