The Role:
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet and interact with delivery drivers promptly and courteously
- Pack, verify and process pickup orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle inquiries from drivers and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
- Operational Tasks:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the order pickup and delivery staging area and walk up windows
- Restock supplies and condiments as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Assist in food preparation and other kitchen tasks during slow periods
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Communicate effectively with cooks to ensure timely order, call-in, preparation and delivery
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
As a To Go Coordinator, your job is all about delivering “Good Food, Fast” to the delivery drivers.
- You can expect to be on your feet, doing everything from processing orders to ensuring our restaurant is clean and safe
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Entry level, no experience required
- Must have a positive and friendly attitude
- Teens welcome but must be 16 years old
