As a Shift Supervisor at Waffle House, your responsibilities will include:
- Daily shift production and service operations
- Safety, Security, and Emergency procedures

- Knowledge and implementation of Full House, House Rules, and Back of House Rules
- Customer engagement
- Delivering effective coaching to hourly staff
