Reservation Specialist Overview:
- Our client relations team serves as the primary interface between our company and our valued clients, shaping the Waggles experience from start to finish.
- As a reservation specialist, you will have administrative and sales-based tasks.
- We aim to cultivate a client experience founded on trust, clear communication, and genuine satisfaction. We seek an experienced reservation specialist to enhance our front-of-house team and provide dynamic customer care to every Waggles client.
- While this role is customer-facing, you will probably interact with dogs often. Be prepared for excited dogs to bark, jump and wag their tails!
- We are looking for individuals who excel in communicating effectively—proficiency in handling diverse client interactions, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or written, is essential.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to navigate various customer personalities gracefully while effectively managing and resolving different situations.
- Our ideal candidate would be able to learn and understand multiple business areas and communicate this knowledge clearly and enthusiastically to our customers.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication, providing accurate and timely information about services and pet care.
- Effectively utilize and accurately record client information and details in multiple databases.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business to communicate its different components to clients effectively.
- Collaborate daily with the resort team to understand the dog’s day and relay that information to clients.
- Proactively suggest additional services to clients that complement the well-being of their dogs.
- Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Uphold the Waggles brand image and values, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule / Location:
- Business hours with clients visiting the resort are Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm, and Saturday-Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
- Candidates with some weekend availability will be strongly considered. We prefer some level of weekend availability.

Compensation:
$16 - $19 / hour
$2500 - $3000 / monthly
