Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Water / Wastewater Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a high-profile, multi-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) valued at over $1.0 billion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, balancing technical excellence, stakeholder engagement, and fiscal responsibility. As a key leader, the Program Manager will oversee all aspects of program management while serving as a liaison among city officials, regulatory agencies, contractors, and the community. Your Primary Responsibilities will include
Program Leadership
- Direct and manage the execution of a comprehensive 5-year CIP, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and community needs.
- Oversee all program phases, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and project closeout, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
