Luxury Brand Content Manager & Concierge Specialist

Wagner Bespoke Travel is looking for a dynamic Luxury Brand Content & Concierge Specialist to elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms while also assisting with high-touch client services. Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to engage and grow our audience.

• Content Creation: Design visually stunning and compelling graphics, reels, and posts that reflect the elegance and exclusivity of our travel experiences.

• Email Marketing: Plan, write, and design engaging newsletters that captivate our audience and drive inquiries.

• Customized Destination Guides: Assist in creating beautifully branded in-house guides tailored to our clients' journeys.

• YouTube & Video Content: Edit and manage short-form and long-form video content to enhance our presence on YouTube and other video-based platforms.

• Directing & Recording Interviews: Conduct and record on-the-fly interviews with hoteliers and destinations to create engaging and informative content.

• Concierge Services: Provide personalized in-house support for clients, assisting with reservations, itinerary refinements, and special requests.

• Graphic Design for Business Needs: Create visually appealing graphics for various aspects of the business, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious aesthetic that aligns with our brand identity.

• Analytics & Strategy: Track engagement metrics, adjust strategies accordingly, and provide insights on performance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva proficiency required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar preferred).
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a keen understanding of luxury branding.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in the luxury travel or hospitality space is a major plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-first mindset.
• A strong aesthetic eye with the ability to curate and create content that aligns with our brand identity.
