Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contract administration, accounting, and forecasting for assigned projects.
- Manage all required contract documents and submittals to agencies/owners.
- Supervise field operations and coordinate construction materials and delivery methods.
- Track and manage project costs and forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide leadership and direction to field project engineers to maintain project schedules and objectives.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of job site safety.
- Ensure timely project closeout and client satisfaction.
Related Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of project documentation, correspondence, and invoices.
- Reconcile vendor and subcontractor invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure permits and inspections are obtained and scheduled.
- Verify accuracy of billings and completion of work.
- Keep the company database accurate and up to date with project data.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking and organizational skills while managing multiple projects.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices at all job sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science or a related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in utility and earthwork project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience using MS Office, Bluebeam, and HCSS HeavyBid.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-production environment.
- Flexibility to work in multiple locations as projects may require travel.
- Willingness to work varying schedules, including night shifts depending on project demands.

- Typical office environment with regular site visits to construction locations.
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk using a computer.
