Wagner Electric is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor:

Our company is growing in all aspects from new construction (residential), a full service and generator department and commercial division.
Candidate must have:
- 4 years of combined electrical experience with 2 years being residential experience
- Colorado electrical license
- Management skills and training ability
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Solid leader with a growth mindset putting forth a positive atmosphere for their team
- Consistent follow-through skills that complete projects on time, on budget, and with satisfied customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Operate Microsoft 365
- High attention to detail
Candidate Responsibilities
- Create and execute goals for team members
- Converse and create solutions for clients
- Oversee overall efficiency of labor & materials while completing jobs within budget
- Jobsite walks including homeowner walks for custom home builders
- Understand and comply with builder specs & building codes
- Working alongside of teammates to ensure their success
