Job Description
Office manager for ~35-person accounting firm based out of offices in Long Island and Manhattan, New York. The office manager's responsibilities include handling the firm's internal bookkeeping, HR needs, payroll, procurement, etc.
Qualifications
The position requires a thorough understanding of bookkeeping, including using Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online, familiarity with payroll (experience with ADP is a plus), and familiarity with other HR areas such as health insurance, benefits, etc.
Additional Information
Unlike some larger firms, WFFA does not treat its employees like expendable drones who can be burnt out and replaced. A typical day ranges from 9:00 AM to 5:30/6 PM, and candidates can expect a busy-season that is significantly milder than that of a typical Big-4 employee.
