We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Front of House Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of our company. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and management experience. The ideal candidate for this position will be proficient in various management programs and will have extensive experience supervising and leading a team. (This is a salaried position, pay will be discussed during the interview process)
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, supervise and direct employees.
- Perform line management duties for the entire server team.
- Provide oversight for servers in the dining room, lounge and bar to ensure service is delivered in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with General Manager to ensure effective staffing of restaurant on a daily basis.
- Make decisions regarding employee performance issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
