Key Responsibilities:

·        Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.

·        Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

·        Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to placement and onboarding.

·        Conduct reference checks and verify credentials to ensure high-quality hires.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

·        Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities.

·        Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

·        Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry.

·        Proven success in high-volume recruiting and placing candidates across various industries.

·        Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

·        High level of organization and attention to detail.
