Main Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer concerns using technical tools, taking photos as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with OEM technical publications.
- Address original customer concerns before moving on to additional requests.
- Participate in ongoing training programs, keeping ASE certifications current.
- Complete required paperwork, ensuring all shop forms are attached to the RO hard copy.
