The general Manager will be responsible for supervising all operational activities for an assigned region and for the upkeep of the existing customers. These duties include direct supervision of branch management, hiring employees, overseeing the regional budget, oversee and manage the leases, fully responsible of the P L in the responsible area, authorizing expenditures, and keeping up with site and fleet safety and maintenance. The director will work to ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed and goals are being met.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Hires and trains new employees. (CSR, Dispatcher and OM)
Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Manages day-to-day employee issues, such as training, time off requests, and creating work schedules, control and follow the company SOPs.
Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Adjusting in Sage as a Backup or in case of Customer Complaints
Duties & Responsibilities :
Provides leadership to the Operations team and CSS.
Works to establish positive employee relations.
Monitors financial and operational metrics to measure achievement of organizational objectives.
Responsible for regional budget oversight.
Manages site and fleet safety.
Build up a P L with minimum 10% adj. EBITDA Margin
Holds branch management accountable to company goals and standards.
Implements plans and processes to maintain productivity and profitability.
Ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
Travels to each branch to provide hands-on leadership.
Upkeep and management of the Leases
Maintain the purchases in the region (except chemical pods)
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Trace 2, HubSales and Versapay (or following software products the company provide).
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
7 years of Operational experience required. At least 3 years in a management position.
