The Equipment Management Condition Monitoring Analyst monitors machine health and manages repair of earthmoving fleets with the intent of achieving the lowest cost of ownership and highest uptime in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.”
Pay Rate: $67,873.44 - $93,328.89 Annually
Pay rate is dependent upon education and experience.
Essential Functions:
- Performs Condition Monitoring on assigned fleets to include reviewing Scheduled Oil Samples (SOS), inspections, and telematics data such as fault codes and utilization
- Communicates Condition Monitoring Recommendations to fleet stakeholders
- Prepares comprehensive reports of fleet health and utilization
- Coordinates repair activities with the customer and Wagner Service departments
- Makes repair decisions based on Wagner Service recommendations, customer needs, unit history, costs, and downtime implications
- Manages component lifecycle using Repair Options, Repair Before Failure, Planned Component Replacement, and Exchange Program
- Reviews and approves Service work orders
- Monitors and reports financial health and availability on contracts, identifies discrepancies, and makes recommendations for corrective action
- Creates and maintains data sets for use with Equipment Management
- Collaborates with all areas of the dealership to share information and utilize resources to resolve issues or perform services for the customer
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Minimum Education & Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of administrative / clerical experience
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- 5 years experience in the mechanical/technical side of heavy equipment, preferably with Caterpillar products
- Fleet management experience preferred
Physical Demands & Competencies:
- Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
- Data entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
- Safety & product knowledge
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Cat systems including DBS, VisionLink, & SIS
Working Conditions:

Travel Requirements:
- 15-30%
