Position Overview
- Role: Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Light Vehicle Mechanic willing to upskill with the opportunity to gain dual trade in Auto Electrical and Air Conditioning
- Location: Brisbane QLD
- Type: Permanent Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Complete all service and maintenance tasks
- Repair faults promptly
- Attend to breakdowns and emergencies
- Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, and other components
- Understand and working within NHVAS requirements
- Assemble heavy vehicles and mobile equipment
Skills and Experience / Qualifications
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology with willingness to upskill
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar industry
- Skills: Knowledge of basic Electronic Fault Diagnostic Equipment, C class driver’s licence (HR or higher is desirable)
