WAGO Corporation is seeking a dedicated individual to perform a variety of routine building maintenance work related to facility maintenance, basic repairs, system preventative maintenance, and facility cleaning.

Experience Required: Must have skills in the basics of building repairs and general maintenance. This includes understanding cleaning, painting, minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge. Requires an Associate’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in the field or in related area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on facility items (e.g. changing lights and filters)
Perform various machine preventative maintenance
Assist in maintaining AS/RS retrieval system
Pick up or deliver parts as needed
Snow removal and ice control on company sidewalks and parking lots- snow plow experience preferred
Upkeep of exterior of building and landscape
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe and orderly work facility
OSHA and company safety compliance on all procedures used in fulfilling maintenance duties
Provide backup Maintenance in absence of Facilities Manager
Provide backup and assist with daily Janitorial Maintenance including, but not limited to:
Routine consolidation and removal of recycled products
Daily cleaning and waste removal of offices and warehouse
Bathroom cleaning, restocking paper products and soaps
Floor care and cleaning as needed (ESD testing included)
Monthly cleaning of interior glass windows
Vacuuming of carpeted areas, sweeping floors (including stairwells and warehouse), and mopping all general floor areas on as-needed basis
Additional Requirements:
Lifting requirements of up to 70 lbs
Must have valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
Job requires the ability to stand, climb stairs/ladders, bend and kneel
May be required to work overtime as needed
Normal hours: Eight hour day between 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Hours may vary during winter months due to snow removal or if mechanical problems arise.
