WAGO Corporation is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and internal customer demands. The Warehouse Supervisor will handle manual pallet, receiving, and pack station processing when needed. Responsibilities also involve personnel management, including interviewing candidates, addressing performance issues, creating schedules, participating in training, and resolving problems. This role includes supervising direct reports, approving timesheets, managing PTO requests, tracking absences, and following up with employees as necessary. Effective collaboration with other departments and the adept handling of special requests are essential. The role also requires flexibility between two warehouse locations.

Experience required:
High school diploma or GED certificate with 5 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Certified forklift and order selector driver preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Knowledge of SAP and/or IWACS preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise the daily warehouse operations including all shipping, receiving and internal customer demands.
Oversee the performance and daily activities of direct reports
Review and approve employee timesheets, manage PTO requests, and monitor absences to maintain adequate staffing levels
Address attendance issues by following up with employees and resolving related concerns as necessary
Create weekly warehouse schedules for employees
Monitor outbound shipments in the Warehouse Management System and complete necessary changes
Provide feedback to Warehouse employees on department goals and daily expectations
Must be able to perform all job functions associated with the manual pallet, receiving and pack station processing areas
Work with other departments to resolve problems and handle special requests
Investigate and troubleshoot issues that may occur with inventory, WMS System and ASRS
Assist in training and development of warehouse employees
Collaborate with the Director of Warehouse Operations to develop or modify warehouse work procedures
Recommend ways to improve quality of service, increase efficiency and reduce errors for the warehouse
Participate in Warehouse Physical Inventory
Backup Director of Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Leads and Shipment Coordinators as needed
Follow OSHA and company safety compliance on all procedures used in fulfilling the warehouse clerk duties
Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
