POSITION SUMMARY : The RN / Charge Nurse is responsible to the CNO. Must be capable of directing activities in the Emergency Room. Establishes and maintains high standards of nursing care by being well informed in accordance with the policies and procedures and philosophy and objectives of the hospital and nursing service. Interprets and implements policies and procedures. Maintains proper organizational relationships, aids in staff development, guidance and job satisfaction. Controls cost by effective use of personnel, supplies, equipment and facilities.
Requirements :
- 2 year / Associate Degree
- 3-5 Year Experience
- Current RN Licensure in state of Oklahoma
- Charge Nurse or supervisory experience
- ACLS
- PALS
