Responsibilities: Oversee and manage exterior storm restoration projects from start to finish. Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Provide regular updates to homeowners on project status.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of various construction trades and techniques - Proficient in reading insurance estimates and scope of work. Excellent organizational and time management - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools - Knowledge of construction and roofing estimating - Ability to read insurance estimates and scopes of work, excellent in person customer service skills - Ability to work outside and traverse exterior elevations of a home.
During the first months of prospecting while working under the direct supervision on the Sales Manager, the Project Manager will have an opportunity to earn a pre-payment of commission in the amount of $100 for each new prospect obtained. Once the homeowner files the insurance claim and signs a Construction Agreement, the Project Manager will be paid this initial $100 of their commission on the next payroll cycle. This payment will be deducted from the final commission payment at the closing of the job.
