Experienced Automotive
Wagonmaster Group is seeking an experienced Automotive specialist who has an interest in computers to join our team and support our SmartVMA software program to dealerships. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers and team members, troubleshoot issues and manage priorities. Attention to detail and strong computer skills are key.
Qualifications:
Must live in Pierce County, Lakewood, or near the University of Tacoma
Automotive industry experience is a must
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Adobe Suite proficiency is a plus
Valid drivers license in good standing; reliable vehicle is required
Computer skills and communication abilities
Detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on building relationships
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent software sales support and guidance to sales and customers.
Installing software sales support and troubleshoot menus using the SmartVMA platform for all OEMs.
Build and maintain specialized reports to reflect customers personal KPIs.
Maintain documentation and ensure updates, as applicable, for changing strategies and processes.
