About the Role:
You'll play a key role in ensuring our multi-site team and brands are paid accurately and on time, every time. From managing payroll compliance to answering team member questions, you'll be the backbone of our payroll operations and a vital part of making our team happy (next to the pets, of course!)
What You'll Do:
- Ensure seamless and accurate payroll processing for our multi-site team and brands
- Manage compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Partner with HR and Finance to make pay day the happiest day each pay period
- Handle payroll queries and reporting with care and attention, making life easier for our two-legged team members
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- Payroll wizard with 2-4 years of payroll experience (CPP certification is a bonus)
- Experience with UKG HRIS software preferred
- Detail oriented with a love for getting things exactly right
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tax compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR Software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
