The role of RETAIL SALES MANAGER is crucial in representing Portables, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, in a professional manner. They are responsible for developing and leading sales teams to achieve maximum profitability and growth in-line with the company's values and vision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform as a role model for all employees, maintaining a productive work environment.
- Achieve personal sales goals while assisting employees with closing sales and customer service.
- Drive sales performance through coaching and training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry information and technology.
- Enforce visual, housekeeping, and appearance standards.
- Manage location operations, including inventory, paperwork, schedules, and loss prevention.
- Conduct employee reviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to work at least 45 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation.
