The Compensation - HRIT Analyst is accountable for the full spectrum of compensation and HR technology programs, including complex data analysis, strategic recommendations, and independent management of compensation policies and programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead salary survey participation, labor market data analysis, cost-modeling, and develop strategic financial recommendations to maintain competitive positioning across the globe.
- Conduct thorough reviews of job and organizational design documentation to assess fit with the job leveling architecture, including interviews with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
- Oversee the configuration of merit administration software, preparation of data files, user acceptance testing, and development of dashboards and summary reports.
- Manage full spectrum of incentive plan programs globally and lead the analysis of plan effectiveness.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses of pay data, develop complex financial models of impact and adjustments needed, and produce detailed executive summary reports and dashboards.
- Oversee the configuration of HRIS software, preparation of data files, user acceptance testing, and development of dashboards and summary reports.
- Lead business use-case development for HRIS configuration updates and enhancements, and oversee systems integrations between HRIS and other systems/vendors.
- Lead regular system maintenance and upgrades, ensuring optimal performance and security of HR systems.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs and provide advanced technical support to HR staff and other end-users.
- Ensure the integrity and security of HR data by implementing and monitoring advanced data quality controls and security measures.
- Lead small project teams within the function or region.
- Bachelors degree in business, or equivalent knowledge of the theories and principles of business administration, operations, and management.
- 4 - 7 years of experience of professional experience in large organizations with accountabilities for Compensation and HRIT.
- Expert-level skills with Excel, Access and Power BI to analyze, administer, and summarize large volumes of data.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is preferred.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Core Expert Certified is preferred.
