Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties through various lawn care techniques.
We maintain several cemeteries that involve weed trimming around the headstones, and memorials. Properties get weed trimmed, mowed and memorials blown off each week to enhance property appearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and blowing off hard surfaces.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and let leaders know of any needed repairs.
- Ensure all groundskeeping duties are performed to enhance property appearance.
- Work together well with the team maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred.
- Strong knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques in lawn care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
